DESCRIPTION
PPZole is a classical Ayurvedic herbal–mineral formulation (Lilabilas) referenced in the Bangladesh National Formulary of Ayurvedic Medicine. It combines Caesalpinia sappan with purified calcined mineral preparations traditionally used to support gastric balance, reduce excess acidity, and improve digestive comfort.

COMPOSITION
Each 250 mg capsule contains: Caesalpinia sappan – 100 mg, Calcined Talc – 50 mg, Calcined Iron (Lauha Bhasma) – 50 mg, Calcined Copper (Tamra Bhasma) – 50 mg, Other Ayurvedic excipients – q.s.
INDICATION
Traditionally used for: Gastric discomfort & hyperacidity, Peptic ulcer, Duodenal ulcer, GERD (acid reflux), Abdominal cramps, Flatulence, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Constipation associated with weak digestion
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION
1 capsule 1–2 times daily Or as directed by a registered Ayurvedic physician
DRUG INTERACTION
No well-documented interactions in classical texts. However: Use cautiously with modern antacids, iron supplements, or mineral preparations, Patients on long-term medication should consult a physician before use.
SIDE EFFECTS
Generally well tolerated; excessive use may cause nausea, metallic taste, or mild gastric discomfort.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to mineral preparations, severe liver or kidney disorders, and use in children without physician advice.
